The Bob Hope Theatre in Stockton won't be rockin' this year.The "Monsters of Rock" New Year's Eve concert scheduled for December 31st has been canceled. The party featured local tribute bands to rock legends AC/DC, Metallica, Guns 'n Roses and others.
"Unforseen circumstances" are to blame for the concert's demise, according to a promoter.
Refunds are being offered to those who purchased tickets. Customers who bought tickets on their credit cards will see an automatic credit, while those who purchased with cash can visit the Bob Hope theatre for a full refund.
