Lake Tahoe officials need help in locating a man who robbed a Wells Fargo bank inside a Raley’s store Monday morning.
Cops say the suspect walked up to the teller at 11:25 a.m. and demanded money. The bank branch is inside Raley’s on Lake Tahoe Boulevard.
No weapon was seen during the robbery but the suspect was able to walk away from the bank, and out of Raley’s with an unknown amount of cash. He was last seen walking east from the shopping center toward the area of Heavenly Village Way and Bellamy Court.
The suspect is being described as a white male, in his late 50s or early 60s, he’s about 6 feet tall, and skinny build. He was wearing glasses, a tan hat, tan jacket, and khaki pants.
