Folks in San Joaquin County need to be on the lookout for a missing guide dog puppy.
The 3-month-old black lab puppy, named Gannon, escaped from his San Joaquin County home Friday afternoon. The pooch was spotted near the corner of Thornton and Eight Mile Roads on Saturday afternoon.
Gannon is being trained to become a guide dog for the blind.
If you think you've found Gannon, check inside his ears, he's got green tattoos on the inside of each ear. Those tattoos indicate that he's a guide dog.
If you do find Gannon, call Guide Dogs for the Blind at 1.800.295.4050 and they'll pick the wayward pooch up from your house.
