One student said "we want more people to know what were going through".

Some students didn't want FOX40 to show their identity, but the students did want viewers to see the bold and hateful words spray painted on the University's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Resource Center over the weekend.

"They'll get what's coming to them"....Katelyn Heige is one of those upset voices on campus..."it does disgust me a lot especially having to seeing it defaced on property".

Students want the administration to consider a list of recommendations such as mandatory campus-wide tolerance training. The Chancellor is willing to consider doing whatever she can to stop the hate.

Even though the words are now scrubbed and cleaned away....Sheri Atkinson, the center's director doesn't want people to forget that they have a long way to go to be considered equal.

"Once one person takes some takes some negative action, others feel empowered to do that...so that's why its important for us to stand up against that".
