A Browns Valley Elementary first-grader died in October from the H1N1 Swine Flu virus, health officials confirmed Monday.
The Solano County Sheriff's Department said 6-year-old Alexis Clara of Vacaville died from complications stemming from the H1N1 Swine Flu virus.
On October 22nd, health officials confirmed Clara had been infected with the H1N1 Swine Flu virus, but it was unclear at that time if the virus was the cause of death.
Browns Valley and another Vacaville school closed for several days following Clara's death.
