Kimberly Block, a disabled woman who wanted a burger, has dropped her lawsuit against a famous restaurant landmark in Scaramento, but the owners of the "Squeeze Inn" say they'll relocate to a new spot anyway.

Travis Hausauer admits his building, located on Fruitridge Road in Sacramento, isn't up to code and violates some Americans with Disability Act rules regarding accessibility.

Hausauer plans on moving his restaurant not too far from its current location to a new spot on Power Inn Road. He hopes this move will keep from being sued in the future.
