Well into July with no budget in sight, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger came up with a new form of punishment for California's legislature.

While most recommend replacing our representatives or not paying them until a 2010-2011 budget is passed, the Governor has a different plan.

He tweeted today: "Don't knock Jingle. I'm using it as a weapon. If there is no budget by August, the legislature has to watch it 13 times."

He's referring to "Jingle All the Way," the 1996 movie he starred in that was more of a box office bomb.

Though his approval ratings aren't hot, his tweet was.

It was re-tweeted by hundreds of people within minutes.
