Well into July with no budget in sight, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger came up with a new form of punishment for California's legislature.While most recommend replacing our representatives or not paying them until a 2010-2011 budget is passed, the Governor has a different plan.
He's referring to "Jingle All the Way," the 1996 movie he starred in that was more of a box office bomb.
Though his approval ratings aren't hot, his tweet was.
It was re-tweeted by hundreds of people within minutes.
