SACRAMENTO - Traffic was tied up along northbound Interstate 5 this morning following a motorhome accident that sent two people to the hospital.

The accident occurred shortly after 11am Tuesday near the Laguna Boulevard exit of I-5 in South Sacramento. Consumnes Fire Department official Michael Zehnder told FOX40's Lonnie Wong that two people pinned inside the motorhome had to be extracted and were transported to area hospitals with moderate injuries. Their conditions are unknown

The conditions of those involved in today's accident is unknown.

All lanes of Interstate 5 were re-opened by noon.
