Galt police say the suspect shot the two victims following a fist fight.

They don't know what started it. Family said their loved ones didn't know the gunman and that he wasn't invited to the Quincenera.

"Upon arrival, our officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene," Galt police Chief Loren Cattolico said.

The suspect left on foot. Investigators believe he is still local. Cop also want to talk with another man Tafoya arrived with.

Chief Cattolico said the incident was captured on surveillance video.

"We're asking for the public's help to locate Tafoya," the chief said. "He should be considered armed and dangerous."
