Stockton Police are investigating who shot 3 people Tuesday night.Stockton Police responded to a shooting around 9 p.m. on the 2000 block of E. Harding Way. Police report that 3 people have been shot. One person suffered serious injuries, while the two other people suffered non-life threatening injuries.
