A Sacramento County prosecutor accused of driving while under the influence of alchol last month has been formally charged with DUI, the Sacramento Bee reports.

Deputy District Attorney Ross Huggins allegedly drove with a blood alcohol level exceeding the legal limit of .08-percent on November 20th. Officers pulled Huggins over after he was driving erradically in downtown Sacramento.

Huggins will be arraigned on December 31st.
