SACRAMENTO—
A dusting of snow in Atlanta is impacting Sacramento travelers. Two flights from Sacramento International to Atlanta have been cancelled Tuesday.
Both flights are operated by Delta Airlines, leaving at 10:49 a.m. and 10:08 p.m.
Sacramento International airport's online flight board just says the flights are cancelled, however it does not clarify why.
However, a snowstorm along the east coast has brought one of the world's busiest airports, Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta, to a standstill.
Most flights in and out of the airport were cancelled Monday and Tuesday morning.
The city of Atlanta got 4 to 7 inches over the weekend, and while that doesn't sound like much, the city only has eight snow plows.
