MASTER CONTROL (Part-time) We are seeking two (2) On-Air Operators to join our engineering Master Control team. You will be responsible for monitoring the on air signal and programming, recording Satellite feeds both analog and digital and receiving micro wave feeds for news. Previous experience with operation and set up of commercial television equipment is preferred but not required. If you are technically inclined and have worked in a media environment, we can train you. What is required is for you to be a self starter who can work independently and must be able to work any assigned operation shift during the 24 hour, 7 day "on air" schedule. Experience with Harris automation and server based record and playback systems preferred but not required. This is a part time position working up to four (4) nights and/or days a week. ASSOCIATE PRODUCER: We're hiring future producers, who will be producers-in-training. You must be able to write incredibly quickly, and conversationally. If you've ever used the word "frequent" as a verb or "altercation" to describe a fight, don't bother to apply. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to creatively stack a show. The Associate Producers write for the shows, but also fill-in producing after they're up to speed.
